ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT:  Typical FB/sedan with a large cockpit. The access to the salon is via double glass sliding doors to a very large living area with lower helm fwd to port. The galley is all electric and has ample counter space, it is down 2 steps and open to the salon. The head with separate shower is to port and the owner’s stateroom is all the way foreword. The boat has way above average storage throughout.

ELECTRONICS AND NAVIGATION EQUIPMENTDepth sounder by Coastal Navigator at each helm station, the VHF is Icom. There is an AM/FM stereo.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:  The 6.5 KW gen set (Onan) powers the vessels AC system when away from the dock. There are 3 X 8-D 12 Volt batteries for the starting and house systems that can be isolated. AC and alternator chargers for all 12V batt.

DECK AND HULL:  The vessel is all fiberglass, and has been kept in a private boathouse for her entire life. This has resulted in a well above average condition of all exterior surfaces including the aluminum and stainless steel trim.

MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT & ENGINE DETAIL:  The 454 CI Crusaders are in excellent condition and have recently undergone a complete checkup with great compressions. The owners have cruised the vessel the past 20 years (approximately 2,000 hrs) at only 2000 RPM resulting in very easy load factors on all the machinery. The engines are located under the cockpit with V-Drives giving excellent access for easy maintenance. This leaves cavernous storage compartments under the entire salon areas, (basement ?). The electric anchor windlass combined with a large Danforth anchor 30’ of chain and 250’ or rode make for easy and safe anchoring.

OTHER FEATURESThe huge cockpit has access to the oversize transom step via a convenient transom door. The 8’ Livingston dingy with 4 hp Johnson is stored on the transom with stainless steel standoff brackets. The 45’ Boathouse moored at Tacoma Yacht Club is also available.
